Returns & Refunds

At Asgains, we stand behind the fuel we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no fluff, no runaround.

14-Day Returns. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return on unopened products. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, with its safety seal intact, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return. Message us on WhatsApp at [PHONE — TO BE FILLED] or email [EMAIL — TO BE FILLED] with your order number. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Defective or wrong items. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Asgains covers the return shipping — on us. Contact us within 14 days with a photo and your order number and we'll sort it out fast.

Flavor swaps. Picked a flavor that isn't for you? Flavor swaps are allowed within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

Non-returnable items. Opened supplements, products without their original safety seal, and gift cards cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where the item is defective.
